Was gonna get one of these for my Merc a couple of years ago but never got round to it and then ended up skint so couldn't afford it.

I was so impressed with the build and finish of the thing. Everything else that i've encountered of this nature looks like a bit of home made tat, built by a 15 year old with questionable taste.

I wanted it because it weighed a lot, was beautifully finished and quite subtle looking and matched my boot carpet almost perfectly.

It would be going in a saloon car in the boot naturally.

Would that be best or would I be better off having a sub that vents through the parcel shelf into the cabin?

Just wondered as I know naf all about in-car stereo silliness and would very much appreciate any tips.

Sorry if bogarting your thread at all Luke.

First sub and amp i got was a Blaupunkt 12" and a Blaupunkt amp, dont forget to get the right wattages so they match, and disregard PMPO always work from RMS, The blaupunkt one for me was superb (not big on subs so to me it sounded good ) Didnt even have 6x9's just flicked the amp to play treble out of the sub. Was good, tilll my car got stolen and returned to me with it all missing. Oh well

I think they're shit and sound like fart boxes, I've been through and tried loads of setups and on a budget you can't really go wrong with JBL.

But buy it, try it, if it suits your needs fair play. I just think you can get a better SOUND for the money but yep they're well screwed together and nice design
