Indeed, fairplay to your for your efforts..
Not meaning to be harsh, but what are is the likelyhood she will remember you after this amount of time in a coma?
Seems like you are a top bloke for standing by in her hours/weeks/months of need, but if I were you I would take stock and prepare yourself for when she wakes up and doesn't remember you whatsoever.
Mucho respect for your support for her though

To be fair, it is highly possible. I dont know what i'd do if that does happen.

tunes is a good idea but none of my friends know my favorite songs so id end up with a cd of randomness so make sure you get ones that do mean something 
if i was in your shoes cos of shes bound to be a bit confussed and distraght at being in a coma for a while id ask her parents or oldest close friends if there was something she ever wanted as a little girl that she never got,anything fancy etc and get her that as shes bound to like the gift as itl bring back memorys plus show you went to a bit of effort
oh and as for the teddy youv got !tell her that you are worried about her so you have organized a bodyguard to look after her...then give her the teddy bear
