Been offered a swap for my Revo'd TT.

The VXT is meant to be stage 2 from Thornley Motorsport. What are they like as a tuning company, reliable figures/work?

TT: 275bhp/290lbft, 4wd, weighs loads
VXT: 240bhp/250lbft, rwd, weighs under 1000kg?

Although, iirc the price you were selling yours at the vx220 will be going for thousands more unless there is something wrong with it.

Yeah he want 5k plus the TT, which is roughly about right.

What the 0-100 on one of these stage 2 VXT's?

standard 0 - 60 is 4.7
with a vxr turbo its 4.2
so im sure itll be quicker than that

re-read it and 0 - 100 is something under 13 seconds
so with tuning about 10 seconds?

sorry to hear that dan:-(

i have just got vx220 turbo running phase 4!

its like nothing i been in before! my van is fast 280bhp and 1100kg!

the vx is 291hp and 930kg! mine had got bigger brakes, limited slip diff etc etc etc! and most of all raclogic traction control whish is briliant in this weather!

with tractiion control 8% off full the other night in the rain i was still doing:-

0-60 in around 4.5
0-100 in just over 9 sec!

unbeliveably pleased with the car, cant wait for the sun! not even got fancy suspension on or geo set up yet and still amazing!

mum is borrowing it at the moment and said a tt tried to pull away from her off round about the other morning and she was not tried hard to keep up with it, hehehe

I know a lot of people that knew chris, was tragic to hear he'd died. Was even worse the people slandering his name by saying it was a police chase etc.
