He advertised it as Brand New and unused... when I got it, it had a few marks on it, and it had had 3 hours worth of calls made on it, and all the bags where opened, ok maybe not much but still. He says his brother has admitted to using it while he was away and has offered me a part refund.. how much should I be looking at, Its an LG Renoir... I paid £250 for it. I'm happy with it as its still basically brand new, just not "brand new never used" as advertised.

Just say £30 as you had been offered a used one for £220.
That way your not pushing your luck, and getting a little bit back

If you paid by PayPal make sure he gives you the money as a partial refund and not just randomly sending it to your email address (because if he did this you will have to pay a fee for receiving the money from him).
