Whats the buttons you hold doen to switch it off when it crashes?

Little fecker isnt doing anything. I've held those buttons in every combo but nothing held it for a range of times to but still hee haw!

Should just press them both at the same time for around 5 seconds and it'll turn off. Plug it in to the computer and open itunes, sync your iPod and that should work
