Anyone with them? £36 seems good, just been reading in the T&Cs the following:
We will refund callout fees and labour charges to restart vehicle
Recovery + passengers
Cost of taking vehicle to destination and up to 5 passengers
BUT
The cost of any parts, components or materials used in any repair is not covered
So basically you pay for the parts you need replacing, but they pay for them to be fitted and for your car to be towed to the garage for it to be done?
