Overall I'm pretty dissapointed with how they came out, but here is some of the better ones. Got to get used to my new lens yet and was the first day I've used it, it's not as easy as I thought!
Enjoy:

For some reason i like to see the old merc's and beemers at it (that are only worth a few hundred quid), than the nissans and other jap cars with £000's spent on them

Drifting on a disused airfield with a large expanse of lovely, flat, fresh tarmac.

What Robin said, not many places with such a large area of fresh tarmac.

Most race tracks don't like drifting though do they, as it ruins the tarmac? I thought so anyway. Probably here due to it being central too. People come from all over, Devon, North, Kent, etc

Yeah, but at Silverstone, the only large areas of tarmac are car parks, or on the circuit.
Most of the time, if there's a trackday on, you'll get black flagged for drifting, so you're wasting your £140 or however much you've paid, and you can't get in the car parks unless they're being used to park in.
At Santa Pod, they have a massive bit of flat tarmac which is totally empty, it's £60 for a day where you go along and get to know your car without endangering it with kerbs or roundabouts and you don't get black flagged.

That's the other reason, it's closer to the centre of the universe, my house.

Like drag racing for the sake of drag racing at a RWYB, or driving round a track for the sake of driving round a track at a track day.
It's so you can get to learn your car, bit of cheap fun without getting arrested.
