yeah i had aircon on mine
but my aircon has run out so i could just undo the aircon pipes
took me best part of 8hours to fit
had to take the front bumper, headlights, both radiators (one for the aircon) then loads of lil niggly bits aswell
i would get another one again anyday

its still on my car now haha
but watch out if you get a de-cat, ive got one on now and i dont like it, its a bigger bore then the exhaust system so its not doing it justice atm
but yeah letting a garage do it is the best option, but at £60 an hour for 8ish hours gets a bit expensive haha

i fitted one last week to my 1.6 sport with aircon took exactly 3 hours and 20minutes. not hard to fit at all aslong as you remove both radiators.

and its defibatly worth it, pulls much better lower down the revs and pulls harder in the mid range,

mines coupled with a janspeed cat back aswell and the exhaust note is very deep yet subtle.

hope that helps
