It's 100% RDA of 3 of the ingrediants (vitamins I think) and the Inferno one is 100% of 4 of them...per 100ml. So a can is actually 500% of your RDA and is worse than drinking 3 cans of Redbull.

I rarely drink red bull or relentless, however i prefer relentless.
There is a club in Glasgow called The Garage where you can get vodka and relentless  lots of fun to be had
