Secondhand?
Get your self onto airgunbbs.com, Go for the bull barrel version its better balanced, or pick up a s410 for a bargain price now that the newer model is out.

I will sell you my superten and pump its the mk1 carbine version in good condition. And yes its a 2 stage trigger Fonz one ofthe best triggers i have used on a gun. And yes you could send the buddy bottles back and it was the valves not the seals you could pick the seals up from anywhere. Also no new legislation has prevented the sale of airguns online which is fukin silly.

Have one of these myself, very capable weapon for the money. Get on rimfiremagic.com and buy their trigger kit, transforms the weapon imo!
Also own a Remington semi auto which is a laugh at times.
Not a massive fan of air rifles, have a target air arms s410 though, accurate little thing.

firstly that is odd given it looks more a target rifle than anything else
secondly anyone who refers to this as a "gun" is someone i dont trust on a range!

A gun is the correct term, weapon (as used above) is much more worrying.

Fonz what gun are you on about the Cz rifle or Bsa superten air rifle. Also if you dont know what your on about dont say it because what you just said was fukin stupid it is a gun i normally call it by it proper name wether ibe rifle, air rifle or shotgun. Do you even shoot your self? i have been shooting properly since the age of 10 and i am extremely safe. Moron

But rifle just refers to the grooves cut into the barrel wall.
I was in the atc from 13 to 20 and also fired a hell of alot of rounds on the above.

Cadet shooting is a hell of alot different to civilian shooting! Civilian shooting is more relaxed. I do however appreciate why cadets shoots are run the way they are. However a cross over of the two is the best way imo.
I also fail to see how calling a rifle a gun would make you an unsafe shooter! lol, that is like saying that if you called a car a vechicle then you are an unsafe driver.
And before you pick holes in the safety aspect i am an NSRA RCO and waiting for the cadet course to come through before becoming an RCO for the cadet organisations.
Shooting is a dying sport, one that i wish to keep alive! Through me teaching the kids at the Sqn how to shoot i hope to get them into a life long sport and possible join the rifle club i am apart of. Shooting isn't about getting rid of lead (which i have seen numerous cadets shoots descend to!) it is about setting an achievable target for the kids to reach and progressing them that way. Keeping them engaged will do wonders for them, the sqn and shooting as a sport as a whole.

We use to do weekend camps at a place in wales. It was grate fun and a laff. But the actual shooting it self isnt that fun imo. Always in the prone position or fireing from the pits gets boring after 2 days

Fair play then, will openly admit that the sport isnt for everyone.
I enjoy it, but purely on the fact that it takes alot of effort to improve, so for me it is more of a personal achievment that makes me continue. That is civvie target shooting though not cadets.

I go in the army in January so i should think i will be doing alot of this range shooting type stuff but for now i try and get out twice a week lamping or just set some targets out in a field with a backdrop. As for shooting dying out in the younger generation i believe its because game shooting is becoming to comercial and not letting the young guns have a shot. Me and my mate on their farm have a little rough shoot and we have some 16 year olds out with guns because its the only way they learn is by doing it im only 18 myself so i should say i still have some to learn..
