Ordered something whilst there was an offer on to get a free novelty gift.
Novelty gift has arrived, no sign of the real one. Got to wait about a month before I can report it as not received.
They are gayz, that is all.

play are like that i ordered 3 things at the same time and paid together etc, all arrived on different days with a couple of days between each item

Post office were fucking useless too, went down with 2 slips & came away with 3 parcels yesterday. Then I was told under no circumstances would they ever do this. Mongs

3 times i have had problems with them, not ordered anything since!!!
1st time it was alright because they sent me 1 free xbox 360 steering wheel! but even then they sent me the headset in error to begin with, there warehouse staff must not be able to read or somthing!!
second time i didnt get any of the goods! 3rd time they didnt send 1 of the goods.
but i certainly didnt wait 30 days i demanded they sort it out there and then whilst i was on the phone!!
before all that though i got everything i ordered.!

And you're complaining? Its because they werent all in stock so sent out what they had and then when the others came in. IMO thats great customer service, paying for 3 deliveries instead of making you wait until all 3 things were in stock.
Ive ordered off them loads and never had a problem with anything.

They also do this so if your parcel got interecepted you they only loose out on one item not all 3, which is better for you and for them.

they have gone down hill MASSIVELY last year or two! I havent ordered anything since they refused to refund me an item which i hadnt recieved

You must all be proper unlucky, Play have been spot on for me, and I spend ALOT of money on there! I do think it's silly how I make a big order of like 15 DVD's and they send them 1 by one, it pisses my Mum off 
But I think they're great, often 2 days later it arrives.

play send the item when you get that email, its not down to them when it gets to your door..
