no because with spark plugs its is classed as wear n tear so allows for tolerances and with air filters etc they ecu automatically re-assess' these so advances or retards the timing regardig what is happening its not a rant it was just enlightening you on what ive been told by everyone at work. but im not going to like some people and dislike other unless i have serious bad feed back resulting in massive fook up with car.

when i put new spark plugs in and air filter my engine run crap then when re set ecu the engine run better but still took upto 150 miles for the ecu
to compensate for this

this is why you get flat spots with a cone filter induction kit

no you get flat spot's due to heat soak..
the ecu's are self learning, so will make changed when and where they are needed
