my car is nearly back to standard now and i thought i had my new car decided, which was an arden blue astra gsi. i just want something faster than my 1.4 corsa c.
and this morning i saw a silver vxr kitted sporthatch that looked immense and im totally stuck as to what to pick. the new sporthatch will hold its money more but modding it would be a no no really. but the gsi is easily moddable but its value will drop like a stone in a year or two.
so what im asking is, has anyone had expeience of either car and give me an idea on which to go for?

Don't be under any impression that the sporthatch will hold its value - in percentage terms it will drop a lot more just because its newer....

i like the sporthatch but they are common as muck and 19 year old plebs thrash the hell out of them in my experience.
gsi's are just get one! bargain.
