Eat a dickload of food (protein) in lots of small meals in a day. Go to the gym too.

I'm not saying that this is all fact, just my opinion, but I've found when I was taking protein supplements although I was bulking up quicker if I didn't go to the gym for a week or 2 I'd lose a lot more mass than I do now and I don't take any supplements etc. now.
I see what your saying though and I'm sure a lot of people will swear by protein shakes etc. but I'd rather do it all naturally
Shut up with your dribble your spouting.
Whey is produced when Cheese is made, its a green liquid which is considered a waste product once the cheese is curdled, they used to dump it i nrivers until it was banned to do so, so they manufactured it to atheletes. It goes through a filtering system. So how can it be unnatural etc?
Plus if you think its unnatural then how can professional Natural bodybuilders use it and not be banned?
I suggest you stop spouting shit, because god forbid someone will believe you and not use Whey

If you actually read what I was saying then I did say it was my opinion not fact.
I don't know the ins and outs of how its made but surely if its a manufactured powder albeit from a natural source in the first place and your taking it in addition to your regular diet, then course its fukin unnatural...IMO
I'm just saying i'd rather not take supplements,i'm not telling anyone to stop taking them.

It's a natural occuring substance therefore not artifical, nothing personal opinion about it. A chicken drumstick goes through a process from the chicken to the plate, it's still natural.
Personal opinion comes into it when you're contemplating substituting it for 'normal' food. That's where people disagree.
