because if the did that, theres a chance they may have to offically class it as a race track, and proberly inforce lots of other changes too, possibly

Down to the drivers realy. IF they don't wish to have them and crash, well let them take the chance.

Its classed as a road, so doesn't need a crash helmet.

i know what its classed as.... but it just seems insane in this day and age.

Christ.... When i'm in Bp office or whatever you should hear the fuss when you dont use the handrails (both hands etc)
