Got my name added on to the end of an RR day list at Ecosse in Bo'Ness with 106owners.co.uk and... another pug website.
Myself, my brother (vxr) and my mate Ross (106gti) had a 3 car convoy to the event, Eck was supposed to come but he slept in...

The VXR never went on the rollers as my brother had to leave but my mate was one of the first to go on, he was hoping for 145 and he got 145.5bhp so he was chuffed.

It was then my turn and after the mechanic putting my car into fourth thinking it was reverse it got on the rollers...

I was hoping for 118 but got 128bhp which i am happy about considering how much i have spent.

Good result mate, that engine always was pretty strong in standard form too. What mods you done besides the intake side?

My car has a full exhaust, decat and 4-1.
The 106 has a filter, full pug sport exhaust and 4-2-1, it made 142.5 without the manifold 2 months ago.

tbh i think the roller readings may be slightly high, usually 106gti with that sort of setup run under upto 135bhp and plus yours seems a bit high without a uprated inlet manifold

someone had to say it, rollers seemed ok, standard gti's were getting between 120 and 130. there was another pug the same as my mates but with a decat and it got 151.

Decent filter and exhaust gives massive gains compared to other makes for some reason
