Its only scrap if the log book has been sent back with that marker, and that can generally only happen after the car has been scrapped, not while it still exists. So if you're looking at the car, it should have an ID.

So get under it check chassis legs, boot floor, suspension turrets and there isn't any rott anywhere on it it has original stickers original everything.

I'm thinking that this has been scrapped by someone who hasn't a clue as the engine has seized or simular. Would the scrappy let someone buy an entire car from them? Or is it to late? Will it have been registered for scrap?

Bet this car is missing the rear spoiler, and i bet its at padworth????

Depends why it's there.

If it's been written off and can't be returned to the road - can't be sold.

If the DVLA have been informed that it's scrap - can't be sold.

If it's neither of those - get in there.

Absolute shame if that's the case, the car is solid and would make a brilliant track car project.
