Saw an advert for this in the paper, what would this mean to you? I've only been in my current job for nine months, fixing computers and network support over the phone... I don't think I'm quite there yet, which is a shame as it's £10k more than I'm on now and even more local!

Also, it says "This post requires a full CRB" <-- whats that?

I assume you would need experience of windows server (2003 usually). What type of support do you do over the phone? examples of a typical problem you resolve?
