Tidy the Saxo up. It's a lot newer for starters, maybe not such a bad swap long as it's running ok. Get rid of the silly mirrors, some better wheels etc.

dont like either but its a 51 plate car.
Too make sure, i would drop the oil and filter because the people that have these sort of cars dont look after them (sterotype i i know but often true)

This thread seems abit slack as everyone is slateing what you've done! But I've owned a few of both and I'll tell you that you'll regret it. Saxo's are bad enough but when they've been fiddled around with Halfords bits and bobs they're awful. But if you're happy, fair play to you.

Whats all this 51 plate buisness? its still nearly 8 years old, and has 95K on the clock, anybody should know that a 1.1 french car with 95k on the clock is bound to be on its last legs! especially on ethat has potentialy been driven with out respect!
I swapped a 2002 astra for a 1994 M3...... What was i thinking
