sorry to start a new thread about this, but whats your guys opinion on the petrol prices, down here with me, in morrisons..its gone down to 97p...you guys think it will keep going lower, or go back up?

I should think there will be a 2p increase in fuel duty in the next budget; they held of this years increase and they said they would put it up 1p/year.
