brilliant upgrade

i went from 100bhp to 225bhp and the difference is so immense it's unreal!

I didnt think the difference speed wise from a 126bhp corsa to 53 plate ctr was that big


But the handling and comfort side doesnt even compare

I have to get to 5.5k before vtec


Think its just because its a more refined car it doesnt feel as quick. No doubt its alot quicker then the gsi though

Gavin - finding it ok, as you say it is more refined so doesnt feel that much quicker but it is solid.

Mattk - yea i remember selling the exhaust to you, you didnt have your corsa for much longer after that though did you?

You will find after a week of having it you will enjoy it even more once you are used to driving it. I think thats why some people are unimpressed as they dont give it a chance. It was never suposed to be the fastest car in a straight line but an all round package which it does very well.


Got one at the right time too as they have dropped massivly in price recently which is why I got one too

Yea i agree, take a bit if getting used to it...

prices vary so much for them, should have really waited until next year when the tax goes up as i expect they would come down a bit more then...oh well lol
