Anyone on here been and done a University course and thought it was crap then a few years later thought about doing another one?
Curious myself as my actual degree has done absolutely nothing for my career

Not necessarily, you learn it shite half way through but continue so you can get the degree instead of bailing and getting confronted with fines

I'm doing Marketing & Media Practices.
Ever since my GCSE's I've tailored subject choices to a marketing communications type career.
I got some work experience which was initially temporary in November 07. I'm still with the company (albeit doing other roles to do with the estimating department - basically administration but do marketing stuff at the same time) and they've now hinted at a full time job doing marketing, helping the company move forwards when I graduate. I have to sell myself to them though, so isn't going to be plain sailing.
But I know what you mean about the whole Uni thing - again it's a case of not what you know, but who you know.

In my final year of a BSc Hons Computer Network Management and Design (Graduated June 08) I decided to do Mechanical Engieering as well.
Currently doing college night classes towards my HND then enter Uni at 3rd year
Knew if I didnt do it now I'd end up not going back and hating my job for rest of my life
Ended up getting a really good job with my degree

I also plan to do a Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification once I've graduated - so that should help with further prospects and give me some more practical knowledge.
