whats the most bhp someone has got out of a x14xe? im just woundering i know i wont get anywhere near that.. im just woundering now weather to keep my 1.4 or get a conversion?

I think someone on here has achieved 110BHP from an X14XE

88 standard.. ive got a powerbox on mine but just wont abit more power im buying a exhauts manifold soon.. i was told that you can easily blow up the smallblock engines if you start doing things like thorrtle bodies and cams? what do ppl thing bout tht?

, ive just got exhaust, desat pipe green cone air filter and i been told its about 95bhp, want it to be quicker though

get a inlet manifold i got one on mine and it makes a hell alot of difference i was told with a power standard ya lookin at 100bhp?

12bhp onto a standard engine is quite abit.

I'd say with a decent exhaust, decat and a inlet, be close to 100bhp

drop a redtop in. 200 bhp from a 1.4 takes 10k+

Buy the XE and change the parts on it whilst it's out of the car.... trust me on that 1

If your going to XE yours next year, start getting things like decent suspension setup, bushes, roll cage. Or just leave it as it is and save the money.

how much can i pick up a xe for? i seen them in the back of total vauxhall.. a place can get them for around £395 i fink? any better prices on tht?
