what do i need to replace?
so far i have apex lowering springs and dampers

£1500 for someone to do it...if you wanna do it yourself 1 weekend to fit...countless weekends for the hickups afterwards

i crash my corsa in to a ford focus and scratched his back bumper and bent my front end bonnet 'front cross member ' impact bar bent in to my radiator smashed n/s head light

Nope, ran mine on standard shox n lowered springs for 2 years... And done some track days
