Cant shift this fucker, tried Bonjela and gone and bought some of that 'Iglu' stuff from Boots. Anyone else know anything else that might shift the bastard, im getting tired of eating stuff on the right hand side fo my gob

On a more serious note, hot salt water mouth washes are all you need. Do one after you eat and it cleans the area of shit and the salt helps numb the pain and heal

Conservative stuffs, keeping mouth clean, nothing too harsh in terms of foods etc. At the end of the day its an inflammation like any cut etc just somewhere slightly unusual.

Failing that if it wont shift, your pharmacist may be able to sell you something fancy, or your Doctor will be able to prescribe specific mouth washes and/or a mild/moderate steroid cream to apply for a few days which should see things settle fast.

Search google on Mouth Ulcers for the NHS info leaflet on mouth ulcers, good advice there.

I use adcortyl in orabase, i get quite bad ones so what i do is put it on at night just before going to bed and they are usually better in the morning
