in the week my alarm is set for 7: 05am.. and every day i wake up at 7: 01 or 7: 02.. roll over and look at clock then the alarm goes off.

i read somewhere that its good if your body works that way cos it means your fit and healthy... but how the fook does it actually work ?

Me too, annoys me because I wake up at 7:00am every day, even when I don't need to, and even when I have been out til 5 :|

my body clock is fucked. one week i'm early shift, up at 5am, the next week i'm backshift, up usually around 11am. but when i'm backshift by the end of the week i'm awake til 2/3am. so when it comes back to being early shift, i'm fucked. i swear it'll take 10 years off my life.

6:25 every morning I wake up, then my radio comes on at 6:30 and I stay in bed for about half an hour, then rush around and make myself almost late. every day.

I sometimes do this, wasn't sure if the phone was letting out some sort of signal before it sounded properly. Not really having it that I could wake voluntarily in advance of the alarm clock. Seems a bit strange.

That said, it rarely happens. I think you lose that feature if you've only recently actually gone to bed.

I hate being woke up a few minutes before my alarm goes off, puts me in a bad mood all day.

I think my body wakes me up itself because if I get woken up by an alarm im in a right arse all day

Also, considering my diet, theres no way I am fit and healthy
