Driving along with music playing v.loud and i suddenly heard a very loud exchaust didnt fink much of it fort it was the corsa van infront lol! but then turnt down the cd player and realised it was me! i was well worried is this a major problem? it came of in the centre, it came of its rubbers then also off its brace! i have stuck it back on its rubbers and pipe into pipe is it ok to tighten up the brace and secure the rubbers without getting and welding?

yes yes he writes like hes an idiot, but please give him the advice that he wants too!


at a guess mate it sounds like the rubber mounts are knackered, get the car on ramps or axel stands and make sure that there is no holes or damage to the system, personally i would take it to a friendly exhaust place and ask their opinion, althouhg be advised there normal answer to most things is to put a brand new system on there.

My exhaust went at downpipe. Tried to replace it but the flange on the Cat was well and truly fecked, so I had to get new cat as well
