Whats the address of the site where I can put a reg in and it tells me what the car is registered as etc?

E.g.

If you register a 1.6 Corsa as a 2.0, it will state 2.0 on the log book but all the insurance databases will still say 1.6, and when you check it on the dvla website it will still say 1.6.

Stupid really.
