HI, has anybody removed the rear seats and then made a big false floor? Need some help.....
How did you do it? Templates? Where did you measure?
Removing it for Spare wheel?
Any help appreciated

Not sure, was thinkin it would just look all neat and smooth(like 1 layer) building a track corsa.

to make it look tidy as i guess it will be done for show and not for lightweight purpose. in answer to your question many people have done it but i cant remember any names but if you click on search BETA then type false floor you will et some answers

thats the only one really, all the others just tell the people to stop being lazy and do it themselves hah! but using cardboard is a good idea.

i used a heap of cardboard slowly perfectly matched as i went the contours of the boot, duck taped it all together then used it as a template

obvioulsy you will need a small gap down the centre to allow the carpet to fit.
