I've had a quick look on google and can't really find much information for what i'm acutally needing, so i'm on here asking you lot.
Basically my missus is 20, and doing an NVQ2 in childcare, she's done all the paperwork training, and now needs a placement, the problem she's having is that most places only offer unpaid placements.
She's going in to ask the training company tomorrow, but thought i'd ask on here and see if anyone on here had experience of this kinda situation.
Any help would be nice, cheers.

My sister is doign an almost identical thing and she got quite a bit of funding, im not sure how, ill ask her

cheers mate, looked at ALG Adult Learning Grant, but it's only £30 a week and seems to refer to college stuff, only other things i can find are Uni course based, or official Teacher training things

Have to be physically doing 12 hours a week. I only do 8
