going passed my work just now, on its final voyage i think. apparently there is going to be big crowds to see it go away tonight but i very much doubt it as its going to be peeing down!

It was in the port in the city where I was living in Spain, but it was only thee for half a day and I didnt find out until the day after, bit gutted cos I would have loved to have seen it in the flesh. Lee is right, yeah, its being turned into a hotel after that

It's an awesome ship, but can't compare to the stunning QM2. The QM2 will be on the clyde next year apparently.

that re-fit sum is during her life at Sea with Cunard, not the amount the Arabian's have/are planning to spend. That'll be on top of that amount

Then the sight of the QE2 next to the QM2 it looks tiny

I saw the QMII and the QEII in Auckland at the same time, then I flew to Australia and they were both there too They had a full firework display as a farewell, was great!!
