Sorry jamie but that outlining looks terrible you want to hope it looks better when filled in none of the lines flow ya can see they have allbeen done in stages and see where they all join i know you wont see them when coloured in but i would if it was me rathered the curves were curves and not jagged curves with points

Jamie, tip, trim your arm pit hair looks like a guinea pig is hiding under there!
Next tip, hit the gym  imo those type of tattoos only sort people with a good well built physique, get on those weights boyo! 
Although as long as you like it thats all that matters

no offence, but that work is absolutely terrible. for an outline, that work is shoddy, i would not be going back to wherever you went!

How much did you pay for that.. cuz tbh its a nice tattoo.. but the work on it aint that good..
