I have one and love it, Good fun to drive and quite nippy for what they are (1.6 and weigh half the moon).
But Chrex is correct, the gearboxes are shit and they just eat drive shafts.
Mine is on its 3rd gearbox and 2nd driveshaft.
My mate has a Cooper-S John Cooper Works Edition and its on its 2nd gearbox too but on its 8th driveshaft. Not good atall.
But overall , good cars, not too expensive and if i was to get one i'd choose the Cooper-S JCW Edition without a doubt.
Iv had a GP for a few hours one day as a 'demo' and i was impressed but not impressed enough to pay a minimum of 16k for a high miler one.
