Basically I have patches of matt paintwork, and on the bonnet there are stonechips where it has gone through the laquer and it is peeling. Im putting decals on the car very soon and wondering whether its worth doing anything to it, especially the bonnet, but what can you do really? Can laquer be reapplied?
