I wasn't 100% what it was supposed to be tbh. I thought dinosaur at first, but couldn't think of one that looked like that. Now I look again, it does have horns. Then with it being stood on it's back legs, with the front little arms, I just thought kangaroo.

EDIT: Just looked at pics of kangaroo's. They have massive ears, so they're what look like horns. It's kangaroo I reckon.
