been to see and osteopath today as i have always had dodgy shoulders (had a few scans done on them years ago but nothing came from them) so kinda left it and just got on with the pains i sometimes get, used to be at the front of my chest though. anyway turned into back pain a couple of months ago but kinda left it assuming it would go, never did so went to see him today.
he has refered me to the doctors as the joints in my shoulders at the front are quite loose and one of them creaks/scrapes if that makes sense (said its similar to the start of arthritis).
so he goes there are 2 possible things wrong
1) something causeing it which he doesnt know so he has refered me to the doctors to get checked by them.
2) i just need some muscle to help ease the problem. (thought it was quite amusing that he just said it like that).
so now i have to book an appointment with my doctors (biggest pain in the arse EVER as you cant prebook appointments). and give them a 'note' (friggin novel if you ask me its 2 pages long... must of been a relation to paul j if 2 pages is a note) and see what they come up with.

If doctor says you NEED to put on some muscle mass, get him to prescribe you some anabolics ..... Just kidding.
Seriously though, get your diet in check first. I won't go in to detail but there are plenty of sites on the net that will help you in coming up with a decent diet / training regime.
