About 6-8 months ago peugeot had my car to refit my gearbox after we had it off and messed up trying to refit it. I left them to do the job for us which ended up costing me waaaay too much. Anyway, a month after the clutch cable snapped which was a result of them not clipping it back in properly. Now, where I am having the car serviced I have been informed they used the wrong bolt to attach the manifold to the gearbox which has resulted in a cracked bell housing. Fair enough its not hard to get a new one, all of the 106 ones being the same, only difference I assume it will have a 1.3 box code on it. Can I do anything about it though, other than recommend no one takes their car to a main dealer!

Phone up and complain... their work should be guaranteed for a year ( i know ours is) so you may be able to get it sorted foc
