just "snap" it back into placehurts like buggery and will be out slightly, possible breathing problems later in life.

mines happened a few times for various reasons as once its been broken its never as strong and ive put mine back myself straight away every time, once was when id been punched and when i did that the other guy had a look of shock on his face and bolted!
las time though i couldnt get it back properly and had to go hospital next day and doc did it pretty straight by hand but its still off a bit and i cant breathe properly through my nose now

I've broke mine 4 times I'm seriously unlucky in the nasal department, 1st time a cricket ball hit me in the face, 2nd time I flew over the handle bars of my bike, 3rd I went to headbutt my brother and he put his head down and the last time was when I being a tit, fighting as a stupid teenager, although I won and didn't realise until an hour later how painful it was.

i have broke the cartlige(spelling) and the bone in my nose neither have healed i went to the hospital and he didn't belive the dog had done it
he told me to just let it heal on its own, what a great doctor
