they are awesome car's anyway, and both the st and vxr have their own place in the hot hatch category

is the torque steer really as bad as top gear/fifth gear showed/said it was?

personally, i think it adds to the driving experience and makes you work for the drive insted of just sitting back and relaxing.


When Top Gear first drove the Astra VXR it was a pre production model and it was pretty bad for torque steer. Tbh.....since i've had mine i've not noticed it that bad. Obviously you are going to get some when you put 240bhp through front wheels but I think VBH just didn't like it so jumped on the torque steer bandwagon!!

His White LET corsa has been weighted in at my local scrap metal place.
Best place for it if you ask me

Poor car, not really it's fault that it took you 3 or 4 weeks to find that the ECU had water damage and now you're sick of the sight of it.
