Anyone seen this? 'Wogan's Total Recall' on channel 4 @ 5pm weekdays.
It's a quiz show, where the answers for all 3 rounds and the final are the same 20 answers and you just have to remember the correct answer for the new question.
In the final, they get 60 seconds to answer as many questions as they can.
The problem is they have to choose before hand, the number of questions they plan to answer, the more they answer the more they win. But they will only win that amount IF they can answer the exact amount they say.
So for example
answer
11 Questions = £1000
12 = £1500
13 = £2000
14 = £2500
15 = £3500
16 = £5000
17 = £10,000
18 = £25,000
19 = £50,000
20 = £100,000
Note, if you say you'll answer 11 and answer 18, you'll still only get the prize for 11 = £1000.... And if you say you'll answer 17 and get 16, you'll get nothing.
This means people obviously will never go for 20 questions to get 100k.
For a start to answer 20 questions in 60 secs = 3 seconds per question.
Here's the real problem, Wogan is useless, he speaks slowly, messed up on telling the questions, pauses for ages etc - it takes wogan at least 3 seconds just to tell each question and gets flustered easily. For example in the last game, the player said 'pass' on a question they didn't know and Wogan just didn't respond for a few seconds, the player was shouting 'PASS!!' - then wogan sparked into life ... 
I honestly can never imagine anyone playing this game show and leaving with any considerable money? Either people will play it safe and maybe get £1000 or they'll aim high and always fail.
Every show I've watched of it (including the people who've aimed for the lowest) have left with £0. Just so dumb. Should be 20 questions in 90 seconds.

wow so it is possible. Bet he was still gutted though, as he didn't get the prize for 19 (£50,000) ...
the risk doesn't really weigh up to the prize imo.
