Get a kitten book or search online.
You will need special kitten food and kitten milk for it though, NOT adult stuff.
My Mum and dad's cat was a kitten when they got it, but I can't remember what the crack was with it.

We have two kittens, cant remember about injections, but i know we gave them wormer etc straight away, got them at about 2-3 month old, sure they got jabs after couple weeks. Ours have always been on dry food, (james wellbeloved cat food),and fresh fish such as tuna, salmon, prawns etc. They always have dry food available, and give them fish once every day or two. Getting attacked by one as i type this

Whiskers do a nice range of Kitten biscuits and food. You can either opt to feed dry food only or some people (we did mix a few biscuits into the food to keep the teeth clean etc..) TBH they will get most of their moisture intake from the food but water is better than milk all the time. If you do use the milk then get the kitten milk and give it as a treat. Our cats have also been fed from an early age, chicken, ham and fish etc..
Just pop along to the vets and they will advise a schedule for jabs, worm tablets and flea control. Best to start them early.
Most vets I've known will also give the first consult free for a new kitten, give it a quick check over, weight, eyes, teeth, ears etc.. If not it won't cost too much.

+1, or sometimes substitues a whole meal as our cat will eat most fresh/tinned fish or a bowl of chicken etc..
