This car is still in my name and he still owes me money on it.

If he doesnt get in touch soon to pay up the logbook will be sent off a scrapped

TBH tho,you'd be quick in saying he bought it if you got a letter thro the door saying you had passed a speed camera at 115mph.

At the end of the day,you shudnt have gave him the car if he hadnt paid for it.So yous are just as bad as each other.

but it could have been a mate!

two of my very good friends (school all our lifes etc) purchased a car off one another....they struck a deal for the car - with 300 quid short saying he will give it him when he gets paid next week. fair enough my mate thought - that was 4 months ago.....

I've got most of the money and to be fair he doesnt owe me a great deal more on it. but its on principle you owe you pay up.

Ill pay him a visit very soon no luck then its getting scrapped. Explain that to the plod

Hes just come up and sorted it. His phone had been cut off and the only way for me to contact him was thorugh hear or pay a visit
