Bought these at weekend:


Not too bad, but needed a refurb, so got rid of the tyres and away i set to work:





Custom painted, i here you say how are they?

Decided to do an Arden blue lip round the edge, come out really well.












Well chuffed, just another 3 more to go now What you think??

Really like that you will need 45 profile tyres and 90mm springs to get it perfect

look alot better, just need some new centre cap stickers and some decent rubber on em..

Cheers chaps, 45 profile tyres will be going on, and hopefully some form of new suspension, including 90mm drop at the rear

Chopster - i did that one last night, from about 5.30 till about 10pm, and thats including waiting for paint/primer to dry, laquered it tonight.

Mk4_Boy, its painted, fine line masked the edge and painted it arden blue.

thats not too long then, but you done a great job on it mate, will look well smart on the car! you going for coilovers then or springs and struts?

At moment its 40 at front on springs, and apparently 40 on the rear, but its sat at standard height if you ask me, only thing thats out is rear seats and parcel shelf.

Ideally i want coilys at front at about 70mm, and 90mm at back.

Will do dont worry, painted my last set on my old Corsa and had them on about 7 month and not a mark on them
