Its not that hot as to bother you though.

Last time i went to ibiza i speant half off it laying on a wodden recliner,never bothered me.

and seeing as we rarely get boiling weather over here could never see the wood getting that hot lol

Not if you treat it properly With antfungicide sealent.

And at a guess its been pressure treated to withstand the elements
