Recent, based on the underground and the driver paid for people too jump in front of his train so that he got a payout

Big thing about it made on radio 1 a few months back

But seriously it's something like 3 strikes, had british actor that looks like a wesel in it as a tube train driver suffering depression after twice having people jump infront of him and got someone to push someone in front of his train for a third time so he could get a payout - or something
