i think overall the mondeo is nicer, people compare them to the bmw 330ci in terms of quality,comfort and pace.
the vectra will be noticably quicker but the mondeo is less in your face, also have a look at how much of a bargain they are these days

courtenays now due a remap for the vectra gives 300bhp and 417lbft pulls fairly well with it fitted and still goes round corners
