Camera wasnt it? I thought it was 14 days!? My workmate got flashed so another guy text his dad who is a DI & he said 14 days!!

it was a mobile speed van thing, as i overtook someone i was on the opposite side of the road doing about 65 in a 60 then when i got back onto my side i noticed the camera.

14 days + postage for NIP (21 days in all)
upto 6 months if they decide to issue a summons and take you to court (no requirement for NIP to be issued if this is the case)

Isn't the allowance 65 in a 60 anyway? I thought it was 3% of the speed limit + 3 mph so that would be basically 65!

you sure it wasnt just an ANPR van, speed camera vans are marked
