Who pays? I got a plan to go away with 10 mates to margate on a friday and come back sunday party. Is it stingey to make everyone pay for their accomodation?

Agreed. Unless you're LOADED, make your mates pay. If they're true friends they'll make the effort and splash out a bit.

What you do is discuss it with your mates and decide what to do and any normal mates would expect to pay if they were coming
