need to get some new spark plugs.
would anyone recommend some decent ones?
i was looking at these..

Why not just get normal NGK ones from a motorfactors? Probs a third of the price too.

Just use some GM NGK twin electrode ones.
You will not get any more power from a different spark plug unless your on nitrous injection or big boost.

i just got some ngk spark plugs from halfords for £8, that was with a trades card though

8 valve Vauxhall engines dont like NGK plugs. Seen loads come through our workshop complaing of not running properly due to NGK's

^^ load of bollocks, our garage has used NGK for nearly 20 years, and never had a problem with 8v vaux's
