Whats that 'soda crystals and car charger' method of rust removal? I don't understand it.

Jesus, better be careful where that link gets posted, the mk1 Golf boys would lynch him for cutting up that brand new filler neck Impossible to get hold of
The work looks great, but the car doesn't work for me for some reason, might be the colour.

Or the front wheels not fitting properly.
Does the bumper hide the intercooler?

Get the standard bumper on if possible would be a proper perfect sleeper on the front. Back properly ruins it for me Im sure those vents have a practical purpose but they look shite. The engine bay though.....stunning, really is

The attention to detail is amazing, but I can't help but think the end result is a bit of a let down.

about the stance....
[QUOTE=Austin_Nova16]That was indeed the first outing in the nova.
Cheers for the comments. :thumb: Took many late nights over the fast few weeks to get it sorted for USC...up till 12:30 thursday night/fri morning when we left for the pod..lol
Lol at my 22sec 1/4 Paul...I know yours was flying!!
Had some major steering problems - need to re-visit my bottom arm / steering arm connections as I had to raise the car up to get it out of the field and there is far too much bump-steer, so tracking was way out; it was going in all directions up the strip....
Hoepfully going to take a look over the next few weeks....and hopefully update the WIP if I get time!!

It's not the height, the wheels are about an inch too wide.
It'd look absolutely spot on if it had staggered widths on it, then they'd fit under the arches, unlike what's on it now by the looks of things.
I'm not saying it's a shit car, it looks great, but that stops it looking absolutely awesome to me
The rears sit perfectly, the fronts need to be like that
